To elevate Peckham's circulation I had to research urban-pedestrian bridges
PRECEDENTS - HIGH LOOP BY 100 ARCHITECTS
This 1-kilometer platform/bridge is a regeneration of an old railway line proposed in Shanghai, China, in 2020 by 100 Architects. Using the bridge is a journey more than a simple path. It is a creative playful path.
This bridge inspired me, adventure. With this type of bridge, I feel like anyone could get away from the busy city life even for a few minutes. It is not just a way from point A to point B it is a whole new experience and area.
The colors really direct and play with road codes.
