About me
Swiss native, I am following my third-year Architecture undergraduate degree at the University of Portsmouth, England. Growing up, I have always been exposed to art and different architectural cultures visiting many museums and countries such as Scotland, France, Germany, Italy, Tchekoslovaky, Spain, the United States of America, and Canada. I wish to one day visit Sweden, North Corea and Japan. As a young girl, I was often in interaction with renovations in my father's house which allowed me to observe the construction process. In my perspective architecture should be a functional sculpture. Architecture should allow people to be soothed, comforted and even give them the ability to escape reality just for a while, avoiding the stressful outside life. I love creating and pushing the limits of my design while experimenting and innovating.
During my architecture studies, my first objectives are to find the right balance between beauty and functionality and to keep up to date with the new technologies and how to use materials in the most optimum way. My second objective is to create my projects as sustainable as possible to ensure the building's performance and durability.
